Ihop - Culpeper

The service started well. somehow the kitchen has brought our order out of the order. people who came in 15 minutes after we got food in front of us. when we got our foodmine hot and good, the woman was cold, so they again eat it with fresh food 7 minutes later the same food microwave.

I worked at this ihop and I can honestly say that the management of this restaurant is horrendous. The way the managers treat not only the customers, but the employees is incredibly disrespectful and why it always looks like it’s on its last leg as a store is a terrible first impression. They sap the hard workers dry. The Culpeper ihop is absent of leadership, empathy, and customer satisfaction. At the end of the day, these people do not care about you or your food or how day is. They only care about getting their paycheck because they are on salary and are able to sit around doing nothing productive for the restaurant. I’ve witnessed gross misconduct among the staff and it disgusted me to the point of quitting that job and move to better prospects. Culpeper ihop is the bottom of the barrel

Horrible service. Very slow, food was not correct when it finally got to the table. Waiter wore an ear bud the entire time. Waiter wasn't polite (actually wasn't anything, had the personality of a rock). Manager did nothing while her young staff played around. One couple waited 15 minutes with no attention and walked out. The wait staff laughed about it. I absolutely Do Not recommend the Culpeper IHOP. We have eaten there many times (prior to the pandemic) and never received terrible service. I hope someone gets them straight as IHOP has great pancakes that I will miss.

Get a Big Steak omelette. Steak was cooked on outside and cold on inside. Prices go up but quality goes down. Does anyone take pride on what they do anymore? Very sad. Worse yet wasnt even busy.

Went to this Ihop after not going to one in years was significantly disappointed. Food came out after an hour cold and inedible. Meanwhile I had a perfect view of the kitchen window and watched food just sit there and die in the window. Every Front of House server staff member touched their faces in front of guests and never cleaned their hands. One young man even wiped his nose with the back of his hand while serving food to another table. When I spoke to our server while paying I instructed her that I witnessed all of this and all she said was you're right, I even did it on the way up here to cash you out. My advice if you're thinking about eating here is to get back in your vehicle and drive to Warrenton. ?
