The staff at this restaurant is friendly and accommodating. The service is quick and efficient. The sandwich I ordered was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, the soft drink machine was not working properly and the ice dispenser was out of order, so they provided ice in a bag instead. Despite this, the soft drink itself was completely flat and lacked any carbonation, making it taste bland. It would have been better if the soft drinks were served with the appropriate fizz.
They offer curbside on there website but don't honor it. they also are not taking coupons. if the subway brand offers coupons they should honor these as well regardless if it is a franchise. That is just my felling.
Pathetic excuse for a sandwich! I got my sub and it looked as though they didn't have a knife handy so they crudely ripped it open. A foot long sub that had barely enough meat for a six inch. None of the toppings were correct. I wanted jalapeños, banana peppers, and onions. What I got were only black olives. Disgraceful.
The person who made this sandwich deserves a raise! It was incredibly delicious and satisfying. This was the best thing I've ever eaten, with generous toppings that made it so flavorful. I will definitely be ordering it again!
The restaurant was disorganized, as all condiments were mixed together and some had peppers which I did not want. It had been a few months since I last visited and I had been really looking forward to a sub, so I was disappointed. I guess I will not be getting Subway from Culpeper anymore.
