I took my wife here dinner, and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. She had the Waygu steak and it was the best piece of meat she’s ever had. The beef tallow candle was a cool touch, and quite tasty. The Redfish was seasoned perfectly and cooked beautifully, it would melt in your mouth. We really wanted to try because we supported Piece of Meat before it was this new concept. Made a reservation and watched as an empty table of the same size sat there and we weren’t seated while waiting on a table that had clearly overstayed their welcome past our reservation time.
