**Restaurant Review: A Sushi Experience Gone Awry**
Located in Cornwall, this sushi establishment has faced significant criticism from patrons. Many diners report subpar quality, with dishes such as sushi featuring bad salmon, greasy tempura, and inconsistently prepared rice. Complaints of unhelpful staff and the offering of pre-made items as closing time approaches have left a sour taste for many. Even those familiar with sushi preparation express disappointment in the lack of freshness and care in presentation. Despite a history of good food, recent experiences have prompted calls for improvement, leaving patrons questioning whether they'll return. A swift turnaround is vital for this establishment's reputation.

Please remember to package gluten-free rolls separately from non-gluten-free items to prevent cross-contamination.
I used to frequent this restaurant often, but the past few visits have been disappointing. The sushi was unpleasant, with rice that tasted bitter, possibly due to being old or undercooked. Additionally, the price was high for the quality of food provided. If you're looking for good sushi that is ready-made, I suggest heading to Farm instead.
I used to work at a sushi shop, and normally vouch for this company. But my recent order was really disappointing. I would not have been okay with serving what they did.Rice was hard: either a few days old or taken out of the unsold combo boxes.Rolls were broken/falling apart: unable to pick up rolls, as rice was not fresh and therefore was not sticking.A lot of the avocados were very brown.Missing ingredients, or very little of some ingredients in rolls. The smoked salmon nigiri had a bunch of small pieces of fish, instead of one single well cut piece. Just very messy.Everyone has off-days, and bad work situations that make it hard. I get it. But this 75 pc platter was disappointing.I gave a star because I know that's not normally the quality and standards of sushi shop, so hopefully things improve.
Paid nearly $30 and Got bad salmon on my sushi, browning on the edges and really smelly, tempura was super greasy and cold too. Definitely not going back for the food.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. After countless times of disgusting stale old fish and rice, I should blame myself for hoping things would get better. They don’t care. My husband spent $125 on a platter for my birthday and they obviously filled it with stale old sushi from unsold combo boxes. I sent an inquiry to the head office at corporate hoping they’d investigate. Someone could get seriously sick eating here. Corporate offered me a gift card as an apology and it’s been three months and no sign of that gift card. So I’m here to say, nothings going to change. If you have to eat at this location, eat Thai express. Don’t make yourself sick for expensive and less than mediocre food.
