If sushi, and the like isn't your thing t... read more A great all you can eat style restaurant!. The ruby has some really lovely sushi which is plated in a whimsical style. If sushi, and the like isn't your thing then the menu also includes japanese, chinese and thai which can be excellent. They are friendly, happy, and fast to the table. My only complaint so far is that the non-sushi plates tend to be small so if you have a favorite you have to keep re-ordering.

Usually in Chinese buffet places you expect lots of food in a buffet that is so-so quality and possibly lukewarm, but not Ruby's! <br/ <br/ Sushi and other Japanese, Thai and Chinese dishes made to order with a super nice staff that explain everything to you : Glad I tried some sushi! Very well priced too at 19.99 each for all you can eat plus a discount of 20% for a limited time.<br/ <br/ Ruby's is definitely a step above in service, quality, taste, and value than any other buffet/Japanese/Chinese/Thai place i've ever been to :
