Once the order was placed I waited... read more I recently visit this McDonald's and was disappointed with service. Using the computer board I ordered a coffee and a muffin. Once the order was placed I waited 15 minutes for my order without ever seeing a human come to the desk. I finally handed in my order and went to Timmies for my coffee. What a joke.

They actually bend over backwards.

I don't think this qualifies as fast food when it takes 20 minutes for them to prepare a simple meal order. I wish this was an isolated incident but unfortunately it's the norm, just like the time it took 8 minutes for them to prepare 4 coffees. If the service wasn't bad enough, the food prep is well below average of other McDonald's. Cold and dry are 2 words that come to mind when I think their burgers. You're better off making the drive to the other location. Better food, faster service and friendlier staff.

On February 25, 2020, I ordered 2 fillets on my way to work at 10:30 am. I paid $7.00 for the meal. I had one fillet before work and when I reached into the bag... read more On February 25, 2020, I ordered 2 fillets on my way to work at 10:30 am. I paid $7.00 for the meal. I had one fillet before work and when I reached into the bag for the other, I realized there was only one. I went back to the restaurant later that night at the same time and explained the situation to the staff. They told me to come back during the day to talk to a manager at the McDonald's restaurant. The manager explained that there was nothing they could do since I had called that night, but I worked the night shift. I was disappointed by their response and will not be returning to McDonald's. I will be sharing my experience with others as an unsatisfied customer.
