The pizza was very delicious and the location was convenient. I needed hot soup because I was feeling sick, but they also provided warm water for cup ramen so I checked it out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Bruce Jackie would like to thank the wonderful hard working,friendly and always smiling staff. We takeout okiedockie meals(Bacon and egg mcmuffin meals) nearly every day of the week for the last two years. We highly recommend this restaurant especially if you are a senior. Merry Christmas . This place has a very ignorant staff and management. My mom went into the restaurant to place an order only to be laughed at by two Caucasian blond girls. Yes my mom has a Hispanic accent but it’s not to the point to laugh in front of her. I would suggest you educate your staff that Nestea and Iced tea are two different kind of beverages. My mom asked for Nestea and she got a different brand of ice tea. There’s a difference in taste between the ice teas . And the one blonde shouldn’t be laughing bc she hardly spoke, she should consider getting another job where you don’t deal with people. I will be contacting the manager this coming week about this matter. I am still waiting for a response. Very poor customer service.
It is A&W, always good, always consistent. At this location however, I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff. There was loud music playing, and when I asked our young server if it could be lowered due to my Autism sensory issues, she smiled and rushed to turn it off. Full of smiles and compassion.
