One of the worst experiences I've had at a coffee shop was at Dunkin'. Usually, I'm a big fan of Dunkin', but this location should be closed down. Great Wolf Lodge should reconsider holding this franchise. The staff was rude and extremely inefficient. Despite having five employees behind the counter, I waited over 20 minutes for them to serve just six customers ahead of me. The menu options were overshadowed by the poor service. Truly the worst experience.
I waited in line for 30 minutes, and the two people behind the counter seemed indifferent and were moving at a snail's pace. However, I just met the manager, who was very kind, so I decided to add two more stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I ordered a toasted croissant with cream cheese and bacon, and if I could share a photo of what I was served, you'd likely be just as disappointed. There was only a tiny amount of cream cheese and a single slice of bacon on it. When I brought it back to their attention, they didn't see anything wrong with it. At the very least, they could have provided plastic cutlery to spread the cream cheese. I don't think I'll be returning.
I waited in line for 35 minutes only to find that they were out of nearly everything. What a terrible experience!
In Concord, NC visiting decided to grab a large coffee light sweet (my favorite), sausage biscuit and 25 assorted munchkins for my trip. I usually check my order before pulling off but I was trying to get back to Va Beach. Everything was good except how I received my munchkins. Thank God I wasn't taking them to an event or work. Y'all what happened to the boxes munchkins were placed in? Please don't tell me the reason is COVID She dumped my munchkins in a bag, most were crumbled and the presentation was bad. Don't try to be slick with customers just let us know so we can decide if we want the order or not. Simple as that
