My visit to this coffee shop was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I am typically a big fan of Dunkin', but this particular location should be closed down. Great Wolf Lodge should reconsider allowing them to operate under their franchise. The staff was incredibly rude and inefficient. Despite there being a team of 5 people behind the counter, I still had to wait over 20 minutes to be served, even though there were only 6 people ahead of me. This was a terrible experience.
What a busy store. The cashier kept the line going, all orders were correct. The staff quite helpful and everything well prepared. Great job in such a busy place.
I asked for a roasted croissant with cream cheese and speck. if incould post the picture of what I saw, they would be just as disappointed. a small lump cheese and 1 piece speck. then when I took. they saw nothing wrong with it. at least what they could have done is to give me plastic silver to spread it. I will not come back.
I ordered a toasted croissant with cream cheese and bacon, and if I could share a photo of what I was served, you'd likely be just as disappointed. There was only a tiny amount of cream cheese and a single slice of bacon on it. When I brought it back to their attention, they didn't see anything wrong with it. At the very least, they could have provided plastic cutlery to spread the cream cheese. I don't think I'll be returning.
I waited in line for 35 minutes only to find that they were out of nearly everything. What a terrible experience!
