Mcdonald's - Concord

On Saturday evening, November 12th, around 6pm, I visited the drive-thru of this restaurant. The young man who took my order was exceptional. He was polite, spoke clearly, and engaged with me directly, not just the microphone. When I reached the window to pick up my order, the young man there was also polite and professional. I was impressed by the excellent service provided by these two young men. They truly deserve recognition for their job well done. Thank you.

The food at this restaurant was quite good. Since it is a fast food establishment, I wasn't expecting anything too gourmet. The service was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable. My expectations were not high, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Well done.

The service at this restaurant was great! I ordered just fries and was surprised when there were no toy or apple slices included. Then I ordered a burger that was supposed to only have mayo according to the tag, but it actually had Mac sauce on it.

The restaurant was well-managed by the young staff.

I waited for 30 minutes for a Big Mac meal and a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich had burnt buns and did not contain pickles or mayo. The fries were also overcooked and burnt.
