I was absolutely appalled and disgusted with the condition of the restaurant. There was food all over the tables. All of the floor along with wrappers everywhere. I was trying to be discreet as I took photos so I could not get all the photos I wanted. We didn't even order food as we were too grossed out by the condition of the restaurant. I can only imagine if they treat the front end of the house with this much carelessness. How do they handle the back end of the house. It must be just as gross if not worse.

Tables looked like... read more Typical quality of food for any Chipotle. However, the dining area tables, front line counter, and back kitchen looked absolutely atrocious. Tables looked like they had not been wiped down all day, front counter had so much food on it and orders were prepped and dragged through the mess. The back kitchen had food all on the floor and prep surfaces, the grease trap on the grill was full and empty containers stacked everywhere. What put me over the edge was a stain on the sneeze guard at the counter that looked like it been attempted to be cleaned previously without success (i.e. smudged all over the panel). I would not come back to this location due to lack of cleanliness and concerns for food safety.

First of all the employee was ignoring customers, chatting and filling his water bottle. Another employee sitting on the floor chatting. Just standing in line awkwardly waiting to be helped. Out of a lot of main ingredients, employee reply “were always out,were short staffed” mind you they have been out of the salad dressing here for months. The dining area had flies everywhere and it’s safe to say i won’t be returning.

Sat in my car and watched 6 other peo... read more I don 't live around here so a Chipotle in a bustling area of NH was a blessing. Got there 10:45am when it says they open. Sat in my car and watched 6 other people wait at the door until 11:10 with me. I see people inside so I know they should open soon, but when someone finally came to the door it was for the employee to slap a 'sorry were closed ' sign on the door. I should have listened to the past reviews, which mostly are bad.
