Workers were kinda rude i just wanted to add a drink to my order and the guy told me i need to drink more water : . I left crying i love panda but i just can?t come back after this omg traumatizing.
Ordered the three entree plate: kongpao chicken, beef and walnut shrimp. Food tastes good. The walnut shrimp was a bit too sweet. They didn?t have soup yesterday which was a disappointment.
Loraine and Millie excelled in handling a busy rush hour. They skillfully diffused a situation with an upset customer who was acting selfishly and entitled, all while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor. The whole team was exceptionally supportive!
As a frequent panda lover, I found this location to be quite disappointing! I don't want to leave a harsh review, but I had requested a larger plate and bowl. After waiting for a while, they only provided me with a plate and a bowl, even though I had already paid for my food. They charged me an extra $2.25 for the entrée, when adding it to the plate combo should only have been an additional dollar. I can't help but feel a bit scammed.
As a vegetarian, I'm not familiar with the food options, but I've visited various Panda Express locations and noticed that they are always crowded, whether in mall food courts or at the airport.
