Received a call 2 days prior to the res... read more Made a reservation 10 days prior for my son’s 16th birthday, the reservation was for 18 people on a Saturday, at 7:30pm. Received a call 2 days prior to the reservation to confirm, I confirmed, asked a few questions because it was our first time. Was told we would be sat in the middle. I called back asking if I can bring in a cake, yes, awesome! When we arrived, the manager had a pikachu face at our arrival, there was no table for us. The manager I spoke to couldn’t even remember talking to me, ok, whatever, it happens, but how come there’s no table? There was a party of 20 that took up most of the space. They were sat at a space that was a square, 5 people on each side. They tried adding one long table, about the length of the square of the other table, which means they tried sitting 9 people, in a space where the other table had 5 people, and the width of our table was about 2 feet. They offered to sit us separately, if I wanted us to sit separately, I would have asked for this. We considered leaving, I should have left, but where would we be able to go? When we were sat, the chairs were touching, no space, if we all would have sat down, we would have been elbow to elbow, and again, the table was 2 feet wide. My sister and 4 guests, decided to sit in the booth instead of being all cramped out, like I said, if I wanted to sit separately, I would have requested that, but we were sat after 8pm, we were hungry and I was beyond upset, I started to cry. The waitress and waiter, were great, no complain there! The food was great, kudos to the chef. The pikachu face manager came up to me and asked if everything was ok, I said yes, can we have more bread? He jokingly said, yes, but I’ll have to charge you, I looked at him like, huh? He then said, just kidding, because it’s you, I won’t. Still confused. He never came back, I’m like ok, I’ll just wait for the food. I was the last to be served I ordered pasta, my son ordered steak, how was I last? Really bad management!

I ordered the filet with asparagus….steak was great,... read more Went to Steven’s Steak seafood House for the very first time, went to celebrate a close friend’s birthday. I ordered the filet with asparagus….steak was great, the asparagus was not..a bit old and stringy. My wife had the half baked chicken, good but only cut into two huge pieces…would’ve liked it cut into 4 pieces…you’re at a higher end restaurant and you don’t want to seen chomping on a huge piece of chicken…the other couple had the Ladies cut and the 32 oz Prime rib which were really huge and very tender. Afterwards, I had the red velvet cake….nothing special, I think it wasn’t made in-house…all-in-all it was a special meal with a great Frank Sinatra look-a-like singing great songs… I would try the restaurant again, value is there and service was impeccable.

A great spot with excellent food, and exceptional service! The atmosphere offers you a choice of a quaintromantic setting or bar seating with a DJ and open dance floor. I can't say enough good things about this place. We willdefinitely be returning. Highly recommended ???? ???? ????
