I had a wonderful experience today and felt compelled to share my thoughts. I went through the drive-thru and was served by Jonathan, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Our brief interaction truly brightened my day, and I can easily see myself coming to this location regularly. His professionalism and attentiveness reminded me of the times when Starbucks team members would go above and beyond to make customers feel valued (like 20 years ago). Thank you, Starbucks in Commerce (on Washington), for having such fantastic team members. And a special thank you to Jonathan for being such a thoughtful and caring person. You have a remarkable ability to positively impact those around you.

Purchased caramel fraps and mocha fraps, they taste and nothing like it. It feel as if we got milk and ice. Very little caramel on top, Dissapointing, paid full price for half the regular ingredients ?????

I placed a mobile order just 10 minutes before I arrived and got there a bit early for the scheduled pickup time, so I was happy to wait. However, five minutes after the pickup time, there was still no sign of my order. I decided to give it a little more time, but eventually, I chose to cancel my order. Cancelling took three staff members to process, and I was met with sarcasm from the barista. They delayed my order and still had an attitude! It was clear I wasn't the only one feeling frustrated at this place. This restaurant is poorly managed and easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had!

Mrs. Maray seems to have been annoyed with people all her life. If you are going to buy, not to ask for a gift or on loan, that lady's service is really bad.

Came in while this crazy dude kept running around. I was going to try and talk to the dude but he ended up walking out.I asked the starbies employees if I can get a couple cups of water and they said yes.I was expecting little cups. They gave me the venti size instead.Employees here have always been super friendly.Thank you for the waterLast
