I went through the drive-thru and was served by Jonathan, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Our brief interaction truly brightened my day, and I can easily see myself coming to this location regularly. His professionalism and attentiveness reminded me of the times when Starbucks team members would go above and beyond to make customers feel valued (like 20 years ago). Thank you, Starbucks in Commerce (on Washington), for having such fantastic team members. And a special thank you to Jonathan for being such a thoughtful and caring person.
