This place is so inconsistent. It's usually fine when it's not too busy, but awful when they have more than 2 cars in the drive thru. Ice cream cones are all over the place. Usually just okay, sometimes great, often pathetic. They need to train people to be consistent in what they do.

Then you bring out a cup only filled half with ice cream. So I send it back. And it still isn't filled past the rim of the cup???? Just do it right!! It's the most basic thing on the menu. And then I have to deal with your huffing and puffing complaining to the other girl about something you messed up 3 times? Why did it have to be that long of an interaction. Just make it how it's always made.
The food is fantastic, and the staff is wonderful! They always provide everything you need. Although they may be a bit short-staffed, they work hard and remain calm and dedicated. You can see how committed they are to their jobs.

I do not leave any reviews anywhere, the only reason why I am bc ever since I started getting my coffee from cold sources mcdonalds my girl lynn has always the best care of me every morning her in the window. by far one of the best employees of mcdonald I've ever met?
