I did have to use the restroom while I was there and it was totallydisgusting I'm surprised this place is even still open. I went to fill my drink and I used the mellow yellow which was filledwith all kinds of black flakes which just goes to show that they don't ever clean their pop machine still do not know how thisplace stays open.

So for a couple minutes I patiently wait and the guys are playing with something that obviously was more important than customers. Then someone pulls upto the drive thru the guy stops playing with whatever it was that had him distracted he looks at me and says we will be rightwith you and then takes the drive thru order. Smh I walked out. Arby 's customer service has been going down hill the last fewyears and I rarely ever go there anymore so this reinforces my reasons why not to go

I do... read more The lady that took my order was efficient, polite, and kind and she also remembered everything in the order and wasn't skimpy with providing sauce packets. I don't even eat out as fast food places much anymore because the the quality and service has really gone down hill since the pandemic happened but I will continue to go to this Arby's location even of its a little out of my way, the food was fresh and it didn't look like it was thrown together hastily. My experience was 5 stars.
