There?s always a table available because the restaurant is so large. We enjoy ordering the white queso dip?it is delicious! Wealways get the Steak Quesadillas. I have also ordered the Lunch Steak Fajitas. They were delicious and there was enough for bothmyself and my husband to each eat until satisfied. The meat is cooked well and the food comes out within 15-20 minutes withoutfail, every time. It?s a great environment for groups, as they have a large dining area to accommodate many tables pushedtogether. We would recommend El Nopal in Cold Spring to anyone looking for a yummy Mexican restaurant without the wait of atypical restaurant!
