There's always a table available because of the restaurant's spacious layout. We love ordering the white queso dip—it's absolutely delicious! We always get the Steak Quesadillas, and I’ve also tried the Lunch Steak Fajitas, which were fantastic. There was more than enough for both my husband and me to leave satisfied. The meat is always cooked perfectly, and our food comes out within 15-20 minutes, without fail, every time. It’s a great atmosphere for groups, with a large dining area that can easily accommodate multiple tables together. We highly recommend El Nopal in Cold Spring to anyone looking for a tasty Mexican restaurant without the typical wait!

There?s always a table available because the restaurant is so large. We enjoy ordering the white queso dip?it is delicious! Wealways get the Steak Quesadillas. I have also ordered the Lunch Steak Fajitas. They were delicious and there was enough for bothmyself and my husband to each eat until satisfied.
