As a regular customer of Hot Box Cookies, I enjoy their products. Me and my girlfriend stop by this location in Clayton on a humbug. Little to our delight, we had to wait on the cookies to be cooked (that sometimes happens), and a gentleman serving was abrupt and curt. Unless you're in the mood for cookies and passive aggression treatment skip this Hot Box and try another one. View all feedback. What Lord B doesn't like about Hot Box Cookies:
Had a online delivery order, they confirmed my payment and said it will be at my location within an hour. But for some reason they randomly cancelled my order 20 minutes later and sent an email saying expect a refund within 3 or 4 business days. I'm confused to why they would random cancel an order when i placed it 5 hours before they close and also i called the location to see why did they cancel my order, no respon... View all feedback.
