What a treat!! All the staff are super polite and friendly!! They do in fact toss/throw you a roll from across the room. Then other servers come around and serve you optional sides like, fried okra, macaroni with tomato sauce, fried potatoes, Real apple butter and molasses for your roll. What Boneta H doesn't like about Lambert's Café:
This visit was much better service though they were limited or I only saw 3 different sides in the 2 hours there. I wish we could add those if we choose to bring out for meals. Took us about 30 mins get a roll then another 30 mins or more for the apple butter. I sure it is because of shirt staff. But overall much better service than last time we are there. Love the experience! The food was great worth the price. Get there early!
Spectacular! The food and staff were out of this world. Our server checked on us continually and the roll thrower was spot on 99% of the time, even from across room. I will be going back again!
The food is delicious. The service is, too. The roll-throwing is a bonus!
