As a regular customer of Hot Box Cookies, I enjoy their products. Me and my girlfriend stop by this location in Clayton on a humbug. Little to our delight, we had to wait on the cookies to be cooked (that sometimes happens), and a gentleman serving was abrupt and curt. Unless you're in the mood for cookies and passive aggression treatment skip this Hot Box and try another one. View all feedback.
What Lord B doesn't like about Hot Box Cookies:
Had a online delivery order, they confirmed my payment and said it will be at my location within an hour. But for some reason they randomly cancelled my order 20 minutes later and sent an email saying expect a refund within 3 or 4 business days. I'm confused to why they would random cancel an order when i placed it 5 hours before they close and also i called the location to see why did they cancel my order, no respon... View all feedback.
The sales clerk was simply AMAZING. I hate I didn't ask her name. She provided service with a HEARTFELT SMILE. She was engaged and not rushed.. THANK YOU

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STORE! They are awful…the customer service and delivery is non existent! No managers, no cookies, nothing and they take your money with no product! Update June 2022… This place is still awful…the cookies, service, attitude, and all of it. Where is my refund folks? I received no cookies and you have $28.23 of my funds. Thieves!!!
Update…I emailed marketing and they said they'd refund my money. Still nothing. Terrible. Ordered a gift pack with a dozen cookies, 2 milks and a balloon for a birthday gift. I asked delivery person to put them on the back porch as the recipient was not home yet. Driver never responded and put them on the front porch. They also did not deliver the milks. I have called the store two times to ask for the $7 refund for the two milks. I have yet to receive the $7 refund. My advice, order from a d … – show
I ordered 12 cookies to be delivered on 05/03/2022 I placed my order at 8:59 their apps says my order will be delivered at 9:58 but my cookies never arrived the store never answers the phone and the customer service sucks I’ve been ordering from this location for over a year and it’s been a constant headache please stay away from this place they randomly cancel orders and deliveries never arrive employees don’t communicate with the customers and delivery drivers never show up for work.
