Was Anonym at Sushinati a mag?
I've been coming to this restaurant for a while, and I can confidently say the food is consistently excellent. The prices are also very fair. If you're looking for quality sushi at a great value, I highly recommend Sushinati. View all feedback.

What John S dislikes about Sushinati:
And absolutely rude staff which isn't surprising with all the obnoxious signs hanging all over the door and restaurant on what to not do as a customer I guess it's no surprise weather empty all weekend won't be going back and don't recommend it View all feedback.

My girlfriend and I were in the area so we decided to try out sushinati, so we decided to order over $200 worth of sushi for takeout. When we got there, we paid in cash and the 2 young white ladies who were the hostess checked us out and seemed unhappy after we paid. They told us our food would be ready in 20minutes, so we walked around the plaza and came back pick up our food. We got our food and went out the front and opened it up to make sure we had everything. Then we found out we were missing 10 pieces sashimi, so I went in and let them know that we were missing it and they gave me a dirty look saying that they gave us everything with an rude attitude and checked the receipt and realized they were wrong and told us they have it out for us. Then the hostess came out and gave us the missing order and told us Next time you guys order over $200 worth of food, you guys should tip next time because it 's really rude of you guys but whatever . Then she walked off and made snarky comments. We were appalled and in disbelief from what she had said. We ordered take out and did not dine in. We were not served. Had we dined in and order this amount of food, we definitely would have tipped 20%. This customer service has had me an awe. I will never ever be returning to this restaurant. This is my first and last time coming to sushinati. I will not recommend this place to anyone ever. I will not be coming back to this establishment. We just ate our sashimi and found multiple bones in the salmon sashimi.

This is my first time trying sushi here I had tried calling to place an order but was put on hold for over 30 minutes. After no success to anyone getting back to us, my family and I decided to just place the order online. We went to go pick up our food and paid cash for the entire transaction. After walking around and waiting a little bit longer for our food, we came back in to pick it up. We took our food, thanked them, and went outside to check if everything was there because we live 40 minutes away and didn?t want to miss anything that my family at home ordered. Low and behold, there was something missing and we came back in and asked for the missing item. The hostess came out, handed us our food, and gave us an entire spiel about how next time we place a large order to-go, we should tip her and her hostess staff for their ?troubles?. I am a very sensible person so I just let her go on and walked away. Now I know that times are tough and everyone needs a helping hand but I sure as hell will not tip someone who did little to nothing handling my food. If I KNEW for 100% that my tip could go to the men behind the sushi bar making my food or if I was able to hand my tip directly to them, THEN I would?ve tipped easily. However I know in today?s day and age how things work, especially with immigrant workers. Don?t sound so entitled to money when you make a base minimum wage and some people don?t have that privilege. SushiNati, get a better host staff because this one is full of entitled young white girls acting a little too racist for my liking. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, absolutely DISGUSTING service. Will definitely never return here and will definitely be giving the owners a call.

SushiNati- A must go place for sushi in Cincinnati. I was tired of eating frozen sushi from the market places and wished to try a fresh sushi, and this place had fulfilled my wish.I really loved the sushi here..??The serving is real quick.Sushi is prepared right in front of you and served on your plate. The sushi rice is quite warm and gets melted real quick in your mouth. That?s something which makes us feel the real sushi.Apart from Sushi, I tried two other items like Yakimandu (fried vegetable dumplings) and Chicken fried rice. Chicken fried rice had surprised me..it is served in a bowl which is real-real hot until we ate the last spoon, with a spicy and crispy egg omlet on the top. The appearance was fabulous and the taste-pretty delicious.Overall I loved this restaurant.

Disappointing. Anderson is missing authentic Japanese and Korean cuisine, and I'm sad to say SushiNati is just another asian-fusion shop that misses the mark on the most important factor, flavor! It all starts with rice. The cornerstone of manyAsian dishes and oddly, the most often overlooked ingredient in Asian fusion restaurants. In both the sushi and bibimbap, therice was completely unseasoned. The ingredients were fresh, easily deserving two stars. However, the lack of attention toauthentic flavors and finesse will prevent me from returning to or recommending SushiNati. Lastly, the service althoughfriendly, was unorganized and verbal tension between staff was visible, concerning and off-putting. For reference, had takeouton a Sunday evening.

I've gone here for a while. Every time I've gone the food has been above average. And the rolls aren't terribly expensive. If you're looking for good sushi for a good price, I'd suggest Sushinati.
