First time here and everything was great! Oysters were extremely fresh and some of best I have had. I got the burger, guests got the Chicken entre and loved it. Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Fantastic silvester dinner! I am sad to close the washington platform. I always had a great service, eating, drinking and ambiente.

So sad that Washington Platform is closing for good tomorrow. Thoroughly enjoyed my last meal there. It was extra difficult deciding what to eat for my final meal because everything there is wonderful.
