Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cincinnati

On one occasion, I visited and found only six chicken breasts left, and the staff that evening were quite rude. I've also noticed that they frequently run out of various food items and condiments. This particular Popeyes was once well-maintained, with fresh and tasty food, but recently the quality has deteriorated significantly. I noticed they brought back the rice and beans, as well as the Cajun rice, so I ordered some. Unfortunately, it lacked flavor, and the rice was crunchy. The chicken quality has been so poor that I ended up throwing it away after trying to pick through it because it was that bad. I've frequented this place a lot, but the terrible service and food quality have made me reluctant to return, and I can’t help but advise others to think twice before going to this Popeyes.

The food was fantastic—hot, well-cooked, and delicious. The service was excellent too. Thank you, Popeyes!
