Donatos Pizza - Cincinnati

The service was good and prompt, but unfortunately the atmosphere was lacking.

I ordered the pizza because I was looking forward to the garlic butter, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any. I ordered 4 pizzas and none of them had the garlic butter. My sandwich was also poorly packaged and barely fit in the container. I should have known better than to order from this place. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1.

This restaurant is very poorly managed and could benefit from being featured on an episode of Undercover Boss. We ordered pizza to be delivered and received a delivery time of 7:52pm. However we did NOT receive until 9:13pm !!! Called customer service and they did NOT help!! When the pizza came it was cold and the delivery person by ‘door dash’ said she’d never deliver for them again. Tried to file complaint online unsuccessfully. Called customer service again and she said she’d make sure someone call me. No one has yet! Called back for four or five times.
