What Claudia Zimmerling likes about Eataly:
Very good food, though on the more expensive side and the layout of the building was confusing. It is hard to tell where the store ends and restaurant begins.Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options but i got the margharita pizza and it was very goodDietary restrictions: Asked if we had any allergies. View all feedback. What petrone doesn't like about Eataly:
They have just a couple of vegan options here and if there were more added I would increase the star level. They do have milk alternatives in the cafe, vegan gelato and one vegan dish in the restaurant upstairs. I do love their focaccia which is vegan and would highly recommend that! View all feedback.

read moreEataly offers a mixed experience with a range of opinions from customers. While some have been disappointed by the food and service, citing issues like bland dishes, unsatisfactory quality, and unclean facilities, others rave about the authentic Italian food and culinary experience offered at the restaurant. The establishment features a combination of a restaurant and grocery store, providing a true taste of Italy with imported products and samples to enjoy. Some diners even praise the knowledgeable and hospitable staff, such as Jason, who provided a fantastic wine tasting experience. Despite varied reviews, Eataly remains a popular destination for foodies looking for an Italian culinary adventure, with its atmosphere and delicious offerings both at the forefront of the dining experience.
