When I approached the counter to look over the menu, a staff member quickly asked for my order. Since it was my first time and I was still deciding, she seemed a bit impatient and rushed me. Before I knew it, my salad bowl was filled with ingredients and then chopped and dressed by another employee. The whole process felt quite hurried. I paid and left; the meal was decent, but I wish I had asked for some guidance or extra time since I was new to the menu. Next time, I’ll be better prepared.

I found a fly in my salad, and as a vegan, I was shocked to discover a piece of chicken in it. The quality standards here seem quite poor. Based on my experience today, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ve enjoyed it on previous visits, but a different staff member was working this time, and I’m not sure if that’s the reason, but I’m very upset.

The young m... read more I visit Chopped at Little Island at least once a week and truly enjoy their food. It’s fresh, healthy, and consistently leaves me feeling satisfied. The young man working there, I think his name is Christopher, is a great asset to the restaurant. He makes excellent salads and is always friendly and helpful.
