No matter what I've been in for, the staff are always wonderful, courteous and helpful! Today in particular our car died following a sensory class in the hotel and the lovely chap on reception (sorry I didn't get your name) called Freddy from Maintenance to see if he could help. We got the car going quickly and super appreciate how helpful and sympathetic everyone was as we had a small baby in the car too. This only solidifies in my mind how great the crystal is and how often I'll be recommending them to friends and family

They were alw... read more This Hotel was beautiful , great location , lots of parking , food was excellent and the Staff were the friendliest Staff i have ever encountered. They were always smiling , said Hello every time we met them and couldnt do enough for us. We stayed for 2 nites , 6 women from Donegal . We watched the Donegal game in the bar , and some of us went to the leisure centre after before we went out on the Sat night. Breakfast time was busy on the Sunday , but we still got a table 6 of us altogether , and all our dietary requests were met , especially me being Gluten Free. Michael the Hotel Manager was about both mornings meeting and greeting all guests , which was a lovely touch.
