Feedback
Panera Bread offers a diverse menu with tasty food options, including popular salads and soups. However, customers often find the prices steep for the portion sizes provided. While service can be friendly and attentive, many express frustration with long wait times, especially during online order pickups. Additionally, the cleanliness of restrooms needs improvement, and parking can be challenging. Despite these issues, the atmosphere is generally inviting, and the rewards system for coffee enthusiasts is a plus. Overall, Panera Bread delivers good food but falls short in some important areas.
Absolutely the best place! The food is fantastic and always made just right. The service is top-notch. One suggestion, though: please stock more kitchen sink cookies and try not to run out of bread!
I prefer the coffee here over Starbucks; the refills and the rewards card are also much more convenient. However, there are a few letdowns. For example, it would be great to have softened butter with my toasted bagel instead of those hard, brick-like packets that are impossible to spread.
This was only my second visit to a Panera Bread, and honestly, I don't understand why the food is so expensive. A meal for two cost over $40, and I'd much rather go to a proper restaurant and likely spend the same amount. The food isn't bad, but it definitely isn't worth the price.
The people are nice helpful the manager was very helpful and kind the food was hot and fast and looked great.
The food and snacks at Panera Bread are tasty but significantly overpriced, with portions that are far too small. The customer service, especially at the To Go/Online Orders pickup, is poor—staff often seem unapproachable and unfriendly. The restrooms at this location are terrible; despite visiting almost daily, they are consistently dirty and have a strong unpleasant odor. Additionally, parking is always a major problem.
