I've been a customer for around eight years, but today, my shrimp Alfredo was disappointing and didn't meet my expectations.

I must say that Olive Garden is my favorite place for Italian food. Our waitress, who unfortunately I can't remember the name of but had a small heart tattoo on her face, was outstanding. My wife and I were seated promptly, but it took about 10 minutes for anyone else to check on us. Before that, we had already put down our menus and closed them when she approached us, despite not being assigned to our table. She truly went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

We also ordered calamari, but it never arrived, and the waiter didn't inform us that it was unavailable or acknowledge its absence. I found the way the manager... read more We also ordered calamari, but it never arrived, and the waiter didn't inform us that it was unavailable or acknowledge its absence. I found the way the manager and waiter addressed these issues to be disappointing and not at all up to the level of service I expect. Management could greatly improve in areas of customer service and taking responsibility for mistakes.
