Reviews - Panera Bread
Reviews summary
Panera Bread offers a diverse menu with tasty food options, including popular salads and soups. However, customers often find the prices steep for the portion sizes provided. While service can be friendly and attentive, many express frustration with long wait times, especially during online order pickups. Additionally, the cleanliness of restrooms needs improvement, and parking can be challenging. Despite these issues, the atmosphere is generally inviting, and the rewards system for coffee enthusiasts is a plus. Overall, Panera Bread delivers good food but falls short in some important areas.

The people are nice helpful the manager was very helpful and kind the food was hot and fast and looked great.
Absolutely the best place! The food is fantastic and always made just right. The service is top-notch. One suggestion, though: please stock more kitchen sink cookies and try not to run out of bread!
I prefer the coffee here over Starbucks; the refills and the rewards card are also much more convenient. However, there are a few letdowns. For example, it would be great to have softened butter with my toasted bagel instead of those hard, brick-like packets that are impossible to spread.
This was only my second visit to a Panera Bread, and honestly, I don't understand why the food is so expensive. A meal for two cost over $40, and I'd much rather go to a proper restaurant and likely spend the same amount. The food isn't bad, but it definitely isn't worth the price.
The food and snacks at Panera Bread are tasty but significantly overpriced, with portions that are far too small. The customer service, especially at the To Go/Online Orders pickup, is poor—staff often seem unapproachable and unfriendly. The restrooms at this location are terrible; despite visiting almost daily, they are consistently dirty and have a strong unpleasant odor. Additionally, parking is always a major problem.

The food is excellent, but the counter service leaves much to be desired. Employees often leave customers waiting in line while they chat or attend to other tasks.
This is a nice spot for a light and quick breakfast. Generally, the coffee is good, and they offer a variety of breads and breakfast options. However, during my visit, I noticed that the empty tables were dirty. Additionally, there was a shortage of coffee and then they ran out of milk for the coffee. While they did refill these items fairly quickly, it’s something to keep in mind. On the plus side, the parking lot is spacious, and there are plenty of stores nearby to explore.

The food is always excellent however both male and female bathrooms needed to be cleaned they both had paper towels on the ground where patrons had not put them in the garbage can. I had chicken noodle soup and a chicken Caesar salad sandwich. The chicken noodle soup was more broth than noodles however the server quickly added lots of noodles and chicken once I mentioned it. The sandwiches were excellent the macaroni and cheese which my friend had looked great. My date just added a little pepper and salt for seasoning for her palate. Mall parking. Spent under $40 for two people which was great. The hot chocolate was very tasty. It would be nice if you could have refills on the hot chocolate. The staff was friendly and inviting. All-n-all good night of eating. Sign 'I TRIED IT '
I really love this Panera! The staff is always friendly and attentive. Today, the young lady helping me seemed a bit nervous, so I assume she was new. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. I ordered my usual "You Pick Two," which consisted of the green goddess cobb salad and baked potato soup. I was hoping to use my birthday perk, but I didn't realize it wasn't available for the whole month (Panera, you should definitely make it available all month long). Unfortunately, I missed it by just a few days. Still, I enjoyed a peaceful lunch.
So grateful to this establishment for reopening for dine-in post covid. Food was good and customer service was excellent! Starbucks can say bye to their study customers! You can only stay closed for so long before you start losing your regulars Starbucks! Panera tastes so great right now and dining in to study at the same time is even better!
The food is wholesome, the staff is highly efficient, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. They also offer Wi-Fi.
Always end up paying quite a bit for smaller portions however it is always delicious! You can taste the fresh ingredients. I do not recommend the new Thai chicken soup, I asked if it was spicy which the nice lady replied she hadn't tried it yet so wasn't sure but didn't hear it w a s. Well it was lol just a bit to much for me for to even finish it and it was VERY small for $7+.

The food and snacks at Panera Bread are tasty, but the prices are overpriced, with small portion sizes. Customer service, especially for online orders and pickups, is disappointing. The dining area is uninviting and uncomfortable. Additionally, the restrooms are in a terrible condition, often dirty and foul-smelling. I order takeout frequently, and the restroom situation never improves. Parking is also a significant problem.
This is just my second time at a Panera bread and honestly I don't understand why the food is so expensive, just a meal for 2 over 40 dll I prefer to go to a real restaurant and probably spend the same. The food is not bad, but it is not worth the price.
Best place ever! Great food, always prepared the way it should be. Excellent service. Only thing...stock more kitchen sink cookies and make sure you don 't run put of bread. ?
