I recently ordered two seemingly simple subs at this restaurant, but it was evident that the three staff members were having difficulty cutting the bread, resulting in it falling apart easily. One customer waited 20 minutes to receive just two six-inch subs. It appears that the staff could benefit from additional training to enhance their efficiency.

Today, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when I ordered two kids' subs that were supposed to be 4 inches long. Instead, the employee handed me a 6-inch sub cut in half (simple math: 6÷2=3, not 4). I asked him for an actual 4-inch sub, but he refused, insisting on cutting another 6-inch sub in half. I explained that this was not what I ordered, but he maintained that this was their version of a 4-inch sub. To avoid further delays, since the service was slow that day, I reluctantly accepted it. However, when I got home and measured the sub, it turned out to be barely 3 inches long. I am extremely disappointed because this is not what I paid for, nor is it what they advertise as a kids' sub. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I would rate this restaurant with five stars based on my experience today. While the food was typical of what you might find at any restaurant in a metropolitan area, the real highlight was the server. A young customer attempted to enter without adhering to the guidelines clearly posted at the door. The waiter calmly reminded the customer of the rules and, despite facing some resistance, upheld a professional attitude while enforcing the restaurant's policies to ensure the safety of all patrons. Whether you agree with masking policies or not isn't the main point—it's the impressive display of professionalism, assertiveness, and maturity shown by the server. Great job!

The service at this restaurant is excellent, and the food is outstanding!

I sent my son to pick up a sandwich from Subway, where he has always paid using contactless methods since the start of the pandemic. To my surprise, a $2.16 tip was added without our consent. When I called to speak with the manager, I explained that my son, who never touched the terminal, was responsible for the payment. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging a mistake, the supervisor accused my 12-year-old son of lying rather than giving loyal customers the benefit of the doubt. Our family of six has regularly supported the Subway Cantley location as a local business, but after this experience, we will no longer be ordering from their menu. It’s not about the $2.16 tip—I would have happily left it if it was genuine—but the way we were treated was unacceptable.
