Mcdonald's - Cantley

I admit it, I'm an afficionados of mcdo, and their coffee and chicken mcmuffin in particular. I pass through this path very regularly and I stopped there at least four times. My first experience was frankly frustrating with a waiting time of almost 10 minutes to recover a mobile order while I was the only customer in the restaurant. At the same time, the times displayed for the customers who were waiting for service on the steering wheel would be 10 minutes. clearly it was not a good day for them, with a lack of obvious staff. little advice to the lady who seemed to manage the team: leaving a customer wait at the counter for 8 minutes without any contact (no verbal or visual) is not what I will call a great customer experience. I didn't leave a review that day, it would have been one for sure. The second time, my experience was better with a command served relatively quickly. There were also more staff in the kitchen, which seems to confirm that my first negative experience was due to the lack of staff. The last time it says, 6 days ago, my companion and I went back to the steering wheel. Alas, the other one, we stayed there more than 8 minutes and our two orders were wrong: I missed a patate in my trio and my companion had asked for a decaf with cream and she had a black coffee. We were sent to the next window to have the replacement coffee that was honestly disgusted (very acidic). for a mcdo that opened relatively recently, my experiences were disappointing. I'll go back to it, but I'm not expecting anything. I just don't seem to be punitive. Good luck! It's a great location, I hope the service will improve.

I had a problem with my order via the application. When I called to the restaurant to settle this, the employee laughed at me and hung me in the nose. Never again.

Service is very slow. We waited for more than 5 minutes at the cash register before anyone even served us. several looked at us without even asking if we had been served. It was necessary to get used. very disappointed in the service.

This restaurant was the most disappointing dining experience I've had. The service was abysmal, extremely slow and couldn't even get our order right. Both times I visited, there were mistakes. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly. I know that being short-staffed is difficult, but this was beyond unacceptable.

The restaurant is very slow and the service leaves much to be desired. It seems like they never have access to the inside of the establishment and the doors are always locked when there are customers waiting. The drive-thru process is inefficient and I have witnessed numerous cars turn around in frustration due to the lack of service and malfunctioning loudspeakers.
