For a family diner, it was horrible. we waited more than an hour for the food with a singer way to loud. not going back there for sure.

It was our family's first time trying the restaurant, and it will be our last time going there. We came in, everything seems fine. We ordered a martini... it tasted horrible. It was more like water and slush than anything else. Even with that we said we'll try the food. We ordered our food. It took 1 hour and a half before we got our plates, and we had to ask them at least 3 times before they brought it. When they brought it, the meals were cold and they were not completes. My parents meal, they made mistakes with it. They didn't bring half of it and we asked multiples time for the waiter to come and he never did. They didn't bring us the missing peaces of our meal. The waiter only showed up at the end to give us the bill. The food also did not taste good at all. My father refused to pay full price for the piece of **** they served us (they had the guts to try and charge us full price with incomplete meals and horrible customer services). The manager also had tried to excuses themselves by giving us excuses saying they only had 3 waiters, that the kitchen was busy with trying a new buffet option, and she also blamed us for not choosing to eat the buffet. That was the icing on the cake. In all my experience in going to restaurant with bad customer services (I tried lots of them, especially in china town and other countries), this was the worst experience ever.

We've been there more than a few times. The ribs and curly fries are great, the pulled chicken is awesome, and all of the prices are too low for the quality of the food.Licensed, and desserts too, if I recall. I couldn't comment on that part as we've never had room to try anything sweet. A worthwhile option if you're looking for delicious in a casual setting.

Went for lunch. Our food was great. Service was slow but friendly. Not sure if there was just an issue that day but saw a lot of workers on lunch a little frustrated with the length of the wait. We do take out from here frequently. Foods always fresh. The restaurant looks great.
