Casse Croute - Le Twister - Cantley

The place is clean and well-organized. I ordered a burger and fries, which was simple but delicious snack bar food. The portion size was fair. The hamburgers were hand-pressed and the fries were crispy and perfectly cooked. It felt like a family restaurant as most customers were greeted by name.

Le Twister is better fast food than the international competition. Their price is slighter higher than the chain restaurants but well worth it.

We were delighted to stumble upon this restaurant on our way back from a day of zip lining in Val des Monts. The menu at this place goes far beyond the usual offerings of a typical snack bar. They offer hot dogs, burgers, fresh cut fries, and a wide variety of poutines, tacos, wings, wraps, and more. Everything we tried was delicious, and we were especially impressed by the ice cream hut located right next door. The restaurant is very clean, and they have a fantastic outdoor space where we could bring our dog. We highly recommend this place!

We stopped at the newly reopened Casse Croute le Twitser, the new owners are a young couple working very hard to build their new business. The place is nice and clean and the food is fantastic. Pay yourself a treat and stop for a poutine, you will not regret it.

We found a fantastic small restaurant off of Route 307. We stopped by with our children on our way back to the cottage and enjoyed their soft serve ice cream cones. Keep in mind that if you're paying at the side hut, they only accept cash, but you can use your debit card inside the main building. Although they also serve fast food, we only visited for the ice cream.
