If they add a free water source like , will give them 5 stars.No free water source. They charge 10c for a cup and send you to a potable water fountain across the hall . This is surprising, free water is a basic health need.Food rationing /portioning and limited variety of hot entrees. Koch cafe is basically a Soviet cafeteria of 80s. I really do not understand why I cannot customize my own meal and pay by weight, like in Sloan cafe. Instead, I am forced to choose among 3 standard hot entrees served by a dummy who is doing nothing other than putting standardized meals into boxes. His time can be better spent, or Koch cafe's costs could be made more efficient.
