The café has a beautiful design with a rustic and woody atmosphere. The hot mocha coffee was delicious and the baristas were friendly and skilled. The ambiance was cozy and perfect for enjoying coffee alone or with others. The café is also kid-friendly, making it a great spot for families to relax or do work in a city-like setting. What Scott Cohen doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
This place has gone really down hill. They make green tea incorrectly so it’s bitter and gross, Matche latte my girlfriend had was gross too. No restrooms even for customers, despite being a sit down cafe. Lady gave me attitude when even just asked if a bathroom was available. Bad attitude and bad drinks, definitely won’t go here again. I came in about a week or two ago for coffee. The manager was rude and apathetic. He also seemed to have a tense relationship with the other staff member on shift. They forgot to ring up my order, which was understandable cause they had a line and only two of them were on shift, but it was an uncomfortable transaction nonetheless. The woman seemed p*ssed off at me when I smiled at her and told her to have a good day. I don 't think I 'd go back.
The service at this cafe is very poor, with slow and inattentive baristas. The internet connection is slow and YouTube is blocked. The restrooms are frequently out of order. However, the seating area is pleasant, which is its only positive aspect.

I am a fan of Caffe Nero, but this specific location is disappointing. The service is terrible, there are not enough staff members, and the baristas who are there are rude. They frequently run out of menu items, and on multiple occasions, they did not have the drink I wanted without offering any alternatives. It seems like they do not value customers and do not care to show it. The bathrooms are often closed or closing early, which is inconvenient. Additionally, this location does not have air conditioning. I cannot recommend this location.
