I 've had the same order made at various other Starbucks locati... read more The staff here are incredibly rude. I asked for my drink to be made without ice and was told no. I 've had the same order made at various other Starbucks locations and it 's never been an issue. I work overnight shifts, so I was ordering my coffee in advance as they aren 't open during my shift hours, and didn 't want the ice to melt and water down my coffee before I had the chance to drink it. I tried explaining this but the staff were so rude, dismissive, and condescending, so I left. I tried again a few days later but ordered my drink ahead of time on the app, customized to have no ice , but when I picked it up they had still put ice in it. I get that customer service work can be hard, I 've done it...but I was polite and patient, there was no reason to treat me (or anyone) this way.
