The staff here are incredibly rude. I asked for my drink to be made without ice and was told no. I 've had the same order made at various other Starbucks locations and it 's never been an issue. I work overnight shifts, so I was ordering my coffee in advance as they aren 't open during my shift hours, and didn 't want the ice to melt and water down my coffee before I had the chance to drink it. I tried explaining this but the staff were so rude, dismissive, and condescending, so I left. I tried again a few days later but ordered my drink ahead of time on the app, customized to have no ice , but when I picked it up they had still put ice in it. I get that customer service work can be hard, I 've done it...but I was polite and patient, there was no reason to treat me (or anyone) this way.

Love the atmosphere, busy always, good neighborhood, good service, Archie is the best.
Staff are extremely rude. We ordered a drink and they made it wrong, instead of apologizing they tried to blame us and didn’t offer any apology and gave attitude for this “inconvenience”. Listen I used to also work at Starbucks and I get it but always treat people with kindness. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. Won’t ever return to this location.
Amazing atmosphere. Very lovely in the summertime to sit out, lots of greens.
