I actually enjoy the cozy ambiance, as it’s uncommon to find a place that still embraces traditional homestyle cooking. Our waitress provided excellent service, and our food arrived quickly and piping hot. Yes, Phil's is slightly more expensive than many other restaurants, but in this case, it's worth the price—I’m more than happy to pay a little extra! The potatoes were absolutely delicious!

My eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was crispy and hash browns were excellent. Service was very efficient and my breakfast came quite quickly,perhaps that's because the place was nearly deserted. I'm not sure why people don't go here anymore, maybe it's the tired decoror the sketchy location.

I can't get enough of the delicious food, the warm atmosphere, and the convenient location. The waitstaff has always been friendly or entertaining, although there have been a few occasions where I've had to wait a bit longer than expected. Regardless, I've visited so many times and would dine here every day if I could afford it and had the time! I always leave feeling satisfied and happy. The last chef was fantastic, but the current one is still very good. They serve the second best crepes in the world! I genuinely adore this place!
