I know this place has been around for a million years, but I got to say breakfast was really quite good. My eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was crispy and hash browns were excellent. Service was very efficient and my breakfast came quite quickly,perhaps that's because the place was nearly deserted. I'm not sure why people don't go here anymore, maybe it's the tired decoror the sketchy location.
Many people criticize this restaurant for its outdated decor, but that doesn't bother me. I actually enjoy the cozy ambiance, as it’s uncommon to find a place that still embraces traditional homestyle cooking. Our waitress provided excellent service, and our food arrived quickly and piping hot. Yes, Phil's is slightly more expensive than many other restaurants, but in this case, it's worth the price—I’m more than happy to pay a little extra! The potatoes were absolutely delicious!
We always return to this familiar favorite for breakfast! We recently tried their new Chicken Chubbies and were impressed by the flavor. A great addition is that they now offer the option to take their best mixes and dishes home to prepare!
Been coming here for years now. It?s a staple, fast service clean place delicious hot food and the prices are reasonable. Ask for Carol or Sherry top 2 servers I?ve had.
I used to really enjoy coming here for breakfast, but recently it hasn't been great. The eggs benedict were watery, and the ham was overcooked. I'm not sure if there's a new cook or what, but I'm a bit disappointed.

My favorite restaurant! I can't get enough of the delicious food, the warm atmosphere, and the convenient location. The waitstaff has always been friendly or entertaining, although there have been a few occasions where I've had to wait a bit longer than expected. Regardless, I've visited so many times and would dine here every day if I could afford it and had the time! I always leave feeling satisfied and happy. The last chef was fantastic, but the current one is still very good. They serve the second best crepes in the world! I genuinely adore this place!
I absolutely love Phil's! The food is wonderful, and the staff is excellent. Lisa, who works at the 17 Ave SE location, is an exceptional waitress. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I've never been let down. If you're lucky enough to have her as your server, be sure to leave a generous tip!

I had my first visit to this restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience! It's a lovely place for breakfast or lunch, offering quick service and affordable prices. I will definitely be back, as I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food.
We were served by the sweetest waitress during our visit. My husband absolutely loved his burger. My ham and cheese omelette complemented the shredded hashbrowns and English muffin perfectly. The restaurant was also exceptionally clean.
The food was outstanding, although it took a little while to be served. However, the server was great!
I visit Phil's Restaurants at least once a week. The food is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is inviting. I highly recommend Phil's on 17th to all my family and friends.

The service was outstanding, and we were seated quickly in a tidy setting. The menu featured a diverse selection of options, and the prices were quite affordable.
My son and I enjoy going out once a month for our favorite meal: breakfast. We've sampled all the breakfast spots in town, and this one is by far our favorite!
