I'm not sure if there's a new cook or what, but I'm a bit disappointed.

I almost always get the French toast, and I ca... read more This is one of my favorite Phil's restaurants in the city. The staff are just so wonderful and the food is great. I almost always get the French toast, and I cannot recommend trying the chubbies enough!
