What User doesn't like about Tosca Trattoria's Bar & Pizzeria:
I came to this restaurant for breakfast and had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. It then took another 20 minutes for our order to be taken. The food came out quickly, but we had to ask for cutlery. Our drinks came out after the food, and we had to inquire about them. The Tosca omelette was bland and tasteless. The service was also fairly average. I do not plan on returning. View all feedback.
