The dining experience was good, although not outstanding, but diners will not be disappointed. The beer was enjoyable. The service was adequate, although I overheard a staff member mentioning they were short-staffed, so it was not entirely their fault. This seems to be the norm these days. I was irritated by the preset tip options when paying, which were 20%, 23%, 26%, and 30%. In the past, I typically tipped 20%, bu... View all feedback. It has been a year since I last visited this restaurant. My daughter and I had a great experience, thanks to the updates that have made it look fun and inviting. read moreThe restaurant offers a mix of experiences, with some guests praising the food and ambiance, while others are critical of slow service or inappropriate staff attire. Despite some shortcomings like excessive mustard or a lack of craft beer options, patrons highlight the million-dollar view, live music, and delicious dishes like fish and chips. The outdoor seating overlooking the locks is a particular favorite, with some diners eager to return for a chance to enjoy the patio in better weather. Overall, a visit to this restaurant promises a mix of highs and lows, but the scenic setting and good food make it worth a try.
