As a health nut, the one thing I particularly love is that they're generous with vegetables in curries and the vegetables are always perfectly cooked (retaining that slight crispiness and not overcooked and soggy).

Laab Gai is one of my favourite dishes and my wife who is away, makes what I still consider the best ever. The dish from Thai Patcharin was dreadful. Little if any chicken, poor taste and overloaded with what seemed to be dry rice powder. The other dish ordered was Chicken Pad Thai which had plenty of chicken, but the noodles were soggy. All-in-all a very average result.
