I love this place. The Phuket fried rice with extra chilli is my absolute favourite. All the currys are super tasty and fresh as well (especially the green curry. The vegetarian spring rolls are SO good. And to top it all off, the staff are super friendly. You must make a visit if you’re in West End. View all feedback.
What ditsywitsy dislikes about Thai Patcharin West End:
Had not been here for a couple of years and decided to get take-aways a couple of days ago. Laab Gai is one of my favourite dishes and my wife who is away, makes what I still consider the best ever. If they are a lover of Thai food, they do not eat here. the portions were a good size and they are reasonably expensive. we had the fish cake, tom yum goong, green curry prawn and chicken pad thai. Despite the demand for “Thai Hot” it was mild and lacked of authentic Thai aromen.
In any case not on the radar of most people, but it should be! delicious fresh food to great praise. the tofu basilikum stir fry and green or red curries are great.
As a native who has visited this restaurant for several years, I can say that the majority of the foods on this menu is consistently fantastic to very favorable trips. as a healthy mother who is a thing that I love especially that they are generous with sweet in curries and the sweet are always perfectly cooked (contain that light crumble and not overcooked and soggy).
Probably the best pad thai I've ever eaten. service was amazing, very attentive. my only difference with this Thai restaurant and everyone else is that they offer too much western flavors. they do not give people the opportunity to enjoy authentic Thai food, enjoy and eat Thai people. I want the road traveled less when it comes to this kitchen, no one seems brave enough to give up this type of food, great shame.
