We were greeted by the professional and friendly Morgan and given a selection of great tables to choose from. The drinks came quickly, and we received a thorough explanation of the high quality menu. I decided on a bean burrito and fries, which were promptly served and tasted delicious. The portions were generous. The waitress, who happened to be my daughter, sneaked a chip but we didn't mind sharing. We loved Hudson Corner and would recommend it for couples, groups, and families. The atmosphere was fantastic.

The beef brisket was excellent and the beef and blue burger was probably the best burger I have ever eaten. I have a lot of experience when it comes to comparing burgers, and this one definitely stands out.
