What Aimee Rohan dislikes about Hello Please:
Awesome food and atmosphere. We came with a big group of 9 and the staff were very difficult and unaccommodating. We found them to be quite rude and probably wouldn't go back again even though the food was delicious View all feedback.
Really impressive on a busy Friday night. Vietnamese done with flavour and heat, doing traditional dishes while keeping them fresh and interesting. Chicken coconut curry was particularly good. Service was friendly and charming too. Recommended
The food was tasty but... the entree was served at the same time as my friend's main meal. Not a big issue except that I then waited for over 20 mins for my main meal to come. I finally asked the staff as to its whereabouts (something I don't do very often). After finishing our meal we went to the counter and I paid. I requested a receipt so that my friend and I could split the cost later. It was only after we had gotten home that we realised that the bill was not ours. We weren't overcharged a great deal, hence why we didn't initially question the cost, but I find that to be quite unprofessional. I love West End and South Bank and was looking forward to trying this place out - but I won't be returning nor recommending Hello Please - they are located in a competitive area with plenty of other high quality places close by :)

My partner, friend, and I went to this restaurant for a weekend lunch. We ordered the tuna tartare, shiitake mushrooms, and Dan Dan rice cakes with a side of steamed rice. The tuna was fresh, the mushrooms were addictive, and the rice cakes were the standout dish with a perfect level of spiciness and a unique texture. The dishes are meant to be shared and have more of an Asian fusion flavor than strictly Vietnamese. The atmosphere is casual with limited outdoor seating, and the service is friendly and efficient. The prices may be a bit high for the portion sizes, but overall, it's a great spot to enjoy a light Asian fusion meal with friends.
Hello Place is a nice little venue in fish lane. Saw photos of the food on Instagram and decided I had to assess this goodness<br/ <br/ We got the Pork Bao buns, chicken salad and crispy chicken ribs. Food was amazing with all the flavour hitting your mouth at first bite.<br/ <br/ I recommend everyone give this place a go.
