Kafe Kanggui - Brest

Lunch of May 3, 2022 discover this restaurant facing the cable car, for a group lunch. Welcome is beautiful. a good chicken biryani, generously served, scented and delicately spicy for 11€. We can make desserts even if they are appetizing. A nice address downstairs.

What a beautiful afternoon spent in your business and on your terrace! A pleasant break! everything starts with a simple, warm and benevolent welcome for a break to taste. We take place on the terrace. wow! an impression of simplicity and luxury at the same time that this jewel is hidden! The chocolate is foamy to wish! The pistache pie is delicious! I remain less fan of the buckwheat cake (too dry to my taste and not enough in buckwheat) and cream biscuits (according to: I prefer traditional cookies I will come back to a sunny taste (I will test this time the brown pistachio) and test your Indian flavors! Shut your eyes!

We sat outside in the shade on a hot afternoon, watched the cable car and relaxed. We just had drinks, good craft beers, but we were made to feel very welcome. Other people were eating and their food looked and smelled good. There’s even a range of home-made English-type cakes which look delicious.

We had a dinner here and the food was excellent, the service great and the decoration lovely. It was tasty and exotique. We had to take food to go because of covid's restrictions but we are looking foward to come back with friends.

Everything is gathered to spend an excellent time in this small café/restaurant, a delicious Indian cuisine, a very friendly welcome and a cozy place. I recommend thalis (plate with rice and multiple assortments / vegetarian option possible) and hyper creamy cheesecake. In short, a very nice surprise in the dark.
