There are many smiling faces, others more angry, who seem to resent the whole world. Yet the food and drinks served are top-notch. The steak-frites are excellent. The chocolate mousse is unrivaled. And the coffee is strong and invigorating, just the way I like it. Next to this excellent eatery is a wooden carousel playing soft and more strident notes under the Mayor's office.

One of the last restaurants in Brest where the dishes are truly hearty. The vast majority of everything is homemade, which is a shame not to mention. The environment isn't the best, as we all know as Brest residents, but they're not bothersome. A nice touch would be to have vegetarian dishes to satisfy as many people as possible.
