buffalo grill - Brest

Excellent service and food was fantastic, staff couldn't be more helpful. Toilets and Restaurant were very clean. Highly recommend, will definately be back again.

I have decided to review places and products that I think are above or below expectation. Parking is good but does fill up early. The young gent that served us spoke as much English as we did French, finger pointing at rare to well cooked steaks on menu worked well. They do have English menus also. The food was prompt, hot and served well by attentive staff. Portion sizes are generous, be warned of you wish for a dessert. The toilets are upstairs and are clean with actual toilet seats in red of course) I don't have any complaints about this food outlet and the staff went out of the way to make sure we were happy.

We have eaten at other Buffalo Grill restaurants throughout France, this visit to the one in Brest was a let down, at the end of the day its just spruced up and over priced burgers and chips but the staff were very unattentive bordering on rude, we think possibly because we are english speaking with very little command of french, when we paid our bill on leaving the change was literally thrown onto the counter, I am normally very happy to tip for good service but on this occasion I didn`t tip

Viande immangeable, erreur sur les cuissons des deux plats. Erreur sur la commande des cafés. Garniture souhaitée indisponible. Une addition fausse... affreux.

Suite a une première expérience ou nous avions patienter 45 mn pour manger,j'ai voulu prendre une réservation.On ma répondu qu'il le faisait pour les groupes (8 pers.mini.).Je trouve déplorable qu'une chaine comme Buffalo Grill n'est pas encore assimilée que toutes les personnes,qui attendent debout dans un sas d'entrée aussi longtemps,n'est pas la santé pour le faire.
