Dos Chiles Grandes
Description
**Dining at Dos Chiles: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Nestled in a small town, Dos Chiles showcases the charm of local dining, but reviews indicate a wide divergence in culinary quality. Many patrons rave about the attentive service and flavorful dishes, particularly praising the steak fajitas and brisket chimichanga. However, others express disappointment with bland flavors, inadequate salsa, and even overwhelming cleaning chemicals during meals. While some found the atmosphere inviting and the food satisfying, a noticeable portion felt let down. Overall, Dos Chiles offers a varied dining experience that may leave some delighted and others disenchanted. Caveat emptor!.

I 've been here a few times. Not much of a choice being in a small town. However, this will be my last time. About 4 minutes into eating our fajitas, they decided to clean the restaurant with what seemed to be undiluted cleaner. It was so overwhelming we had to leave. There was no way to enjoy our food. Brought it up to the manager lady running the cash register, awe, that 's too bad was her response. Of course, I didn 't expect much from her since the words on her business attire said, I don 't care. She really didn 't. So, unfortunately, for Dos Chiles, I will not be back.
Came here while we were out riding the motorcycle decided to give it a shot. Will probably give it another shot but i can Guarantee neither of us will order what we did today. The bad: The chips were refrigerator cold, the salsa is literally tomato paste The Barbacoa tacos I had were very tough chewy (schredded) tasted like a roast out of the oven with Very minimal flavor. The sweet tea had a weird taste maybe Just had a hint of Sweet to it. The good: The Charo Beans are Amazing, the service was good the people (servers) seems nice friendly.
I am not sure if the people giving this 5 stars, saying that this is the best mexican food they have ever had ate at the same place we did. The salsa tastes like tomato sauce with some seasonings, we mixed the mild and hot which made it a little better tasting. The food was bland. They need to think about changing recipes They were very attentive and nice though. That's about all I got. Service: Dine in
I got the child's plate enchilada dinner $8.95 a plate. 1 enchalada, topped with melted cheese, and bland beans and rice. A bag of greasy unsalted, semi stale chips and watered down picante sauce with no flavor. I'm curious if they actually have cooks or just can openers. I would not recommend eating there. Food: 2
